Green Smoothie



Serves: 1

Cooking time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium kiwi fruit

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

  • 1/8 (30g) of an avocado

  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt (lactose free if required)

  • 2/3 cup milk, low fat (lactose free if required)

  • 1 Tbs desiccated coconut

  • 1 tsp psyllium husks

Method:

  1. Peel the kiwi fruit.

  2. Rinse and drain the baby spinach leaves.

  3. Peel the avocado.

  4. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.

  5. Serve immediately
